Très mauvaise expérience aujourd’hui à la CIBC. Je suis venu à 12h40 récupérer ma nouvelle carte de crédit. Le conseiller m’a simplement demandé ma pièce d’identité, m’a remis l’enveloppe et m’a dit que tout était bon, sans aucune explication concernant l’activation ou le NIP. En rentrant chez moi, j’ai découvert qu’il fallait valider le NIP trois fois au guichet. J’ai donc dû retourner à la banque, puis me rendre au IGA, où la carte a été refusée.
