This CIBC bank at 1530 blvd Greber in Gatineau, Qc is the worst of the worse banks. We went to pick up our new CIBC credit cards at this bank and it was basically impossible to pick them up. The bank manager was rude and dismissive not considering us as clients but instead she was worried about feeling superior and having her time with her own employees disturbed when clients are in distress outside her office and are pleading for help with an issue. The CIBC employee was also rude and condescending just like her manager !! ... read more
