Super annoying to never know when the tellers will be open... they never seem to be available until the 5pm close time. Maybe change your hours if you're unable to provide the services you offer until your posted closing time.
Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Saw one comment complaining about parking but it is behind the building. Is true they often only have one or two tellers open most of the time. But, almost never a long wait in my experience. One or two tellers work at this location.
The staff here are all so amazing. They are friendly and helpful and very quick to assist you. I've had nothing but great service and they really went above and beyond for me a few times now! I really feel like a valued customer with them and they really make you feel like your business matters to them. At this point, I can't imagine banking with anyone else!
Are there any employees hired here? They don’t answer emails or Voicemails. Heck they don’t even answer the phone when you hit option #3 to Book an appointment multiple times a day. I Don’t expect a reply asap but weeks after or not at all is unacceptable. Update—-booked an appointment wasted 1.5 hours of our time as the paperwork was done incorrectly. Manager doesn’t care about clients. My advice bank elsewhere.
