EDIT: The manager contacted me and sincerely apologized for the experience I had. I am appreciative that she took action to call me and rectify the situation as dealing with peoples finances is a serious matter. If you are looking to get any assistance at this branch I would suggest asking for the manager specifically. Thanks. Had an appointment to consolidate… their representative told me absolute nonsense and numbers that did not add up correctly. Emailed her to clarify, no response. Called the branch to speak to a manager, left a message, no response. Gave my consent to the representative to do a credit check… credit dropped 35 points, AND still don’t have a loan to consolidate!
