This review comes after half a dozen visits, not one bad day. The pattern is the same every time. Long lineups, few wickets open, and simple transactions taking far longer than they should. A bill payment should take five minutes. Here it routinely takes several times that. On more than one visit I had to repeat or re-explain a basic request multiple times before it was processed correctly. That's a training and staffing problem, and it's management's to fix. I hate comming here, but maybe all banks are like this?
For the most part, the service at this CIBC branch has been excellent. The tellers even know my name and are quite helpful. The management is always eager to assist when needed.
One guy on the front desk keeps giving attitude. No help provided.
