I always use ATM late at night due to my schedule and this one is open 24hrs. I have an issue here with the fact that there's a homeless dude who sleeps in here every night and he's been doing this for going on a year. I do not in any way want to come across prejudiced against homeless. I'm not. I think a bank vestibule at night is not appropriate though. I had an excellent experience at this CIBC branch on Granville. The service overall was professional and efficient, but what really stood out was Inder, who truly made my day. He went above and beyond to help, taking the time to understand my situation and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely attentive and committed to great customer service. Big thanks to Inder and the team—this is exactly how banking should feel.
Tried calling, but the listed phone number goes to a Rogers cell voicemail that isn't activated. CIBC has treated me like trash. 27 years as a customer and just atrocious service when I actually need them for once.
Does not answer the phone, ever. This bank is incredibly slow moving, everyone is walking around like they just woke up. The amount lf time ive wasted in this branch is unbelievable.
This has been my branch for 20 years and I was just so put off today for the rude service I received there today. I came in to add contributions from Christmas to my child’s RESP- staff said they were fully booked and too busy however they are standing around gabbing to each other. I offered to wait to see if he had time later, I also offered to come back the next day.
