Very slow very unhelpful. Took me two hours to stand there and basically told me after all those time one part of my transition couldn’t be done due to some reason that the system has warned them at the beginning and they didn’t see it, so they just went with it and wasted all my time. Also I just couldn’t hear the person at the counter speak, even after I ask her to speak up, so everything needed to be said twice or three times and wasted even more time. Very rude service. I went there around 10 AM on June 6 and there were two employees working. A young lady and an older gentleman. I approached the older gentleman and asked him to help us with my convenience cards which had inexplicably stopped working. I told him I didn’t understand why they weren’t working. He pretty much said it was my fault and that I must’ve put a block on the cards. I had no recollection of that. I always use ATM late at night due to my schedule and this one is open 24hrs. I have an issue here with the fact that there's a homeless dude who sleeps in here every night and he's been doing this for going on a year. I do not in any way want to come across prejudiced against homeless. I'm not. I think a bank vestibule at night is not appropriate though.
