Customer service is awful. Open hours are 9:30 to 5 and not even open Saturday morning. Moving to RBC
This branch is the BEST! I’ve been on the phone today speaking with so many CIBC representatives in Canada and the US with no resolution in sight. This branch was PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE and actually CARED about helping us with what we were trying to do. Highly recommend.
