Super inconvenient. Waited in line for a long time which happens but the staff appeared but be all standing huddled fixing one persons issue without addressing the huge line. Was on a time crunch for a client and felt they were super inconsiderate
I don’t know what so many are complaining about. I went in for some business that wasn’t entirely routine, was seen in less than 5 minutes, was helped with courtesy and efficiency, and left with everything taken care of. It’s a perfectly normal bank branch, no issues.
The worst bank. Tellers who have no verbage but by script. ATM and system down more than up. Make you jump through hoops to access your money made feel 2nd rate. App (online) that needs overhaul just awful.
Had a great experience with Marcia, a CSR in training. I came in with many night deposit bags during the day and she was in a very good mood dispute the fact it was almost a one hour task. The bank manager Shantam was also very pleasant and supportive during the process even though I tied up a teller. Thanks for the assistance. I hope I get a key soon so I don’t have to put you through that again!!!
