Horrible experience. Long lines, careless and untrained staff, and no real help with resolving my issue. Overall, a complete waste of time.
Total disappointment. We had a simple question regarding the women of Indian descent and the left most clerk table(unfortunately didn’t capture her name, sorry) was extremely unmotivated and unhelpful. The only solution we got was to call the number on the back of the card. They have no idea about the banking. 1/10
Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m., they have a huge line with only one bank teller open. People had to leave the line, myself included, because they didn't have time to wait. I would think that Friday afternoon would be a busy time at the bank and that they would accommodate this....waste of time.
Extremely frustrating experience. The lines were way too long, with only one teller working while others were nowhere to be seen. No one acknowledged customers waiting, no one stepped in to help, and it honestly felt like nobody cared. I waited 45 minutes just to get assistance. Completely unacceptable for a bank.
