I am very disappointed with the service at this branch. For the past two years, I have regularly deposited payroll cheques from my employer, and at other branches of the same bank the funds have always been available immediately. At this branch, I was told that the bank’s policy only allows part of the cheque to be available. If that is truly the bank’s policy, then why is it applied differently at other branches? The manager also promised that the remaining funds would be available the next morning, but that never happened.... read more
