I had the unfortunate incident of being a victim of credit card fraud. Luckily CIBC was prompt, blocked the transactions and immediately notified me. I cancelled my previous card and got a new one sent out to this branch. Because I have a hectic job and work early morning until late at night, I wasn’t able to pick it up during the week but luckily this branch is open 9-4pm on Saturdays. 45 min for just a deposit is crazy.
Worst customer service. Hardly any tellers working. Basic services are a struggle. Don’t bother calling either because they do not answer the phone
