Hi everyone! I want to share my good experience at this branch on Jan 8, 2025. I had troubles to activate my me CC and update PIN because the app would give me the famous #0001 error right before finishing the last step. And while trying to contact online support my wife got disconnected during a transfer between operators at the call center.
