Worse service always disappointing customer service and charge extra.
Horrible customer service. I’ve had multiple rude encounters. Doors are always locked. You cannot call the location. They simply hang up on you. And any simple task takes them weeks to complete. Please do yourself a favour and stay away.

We went in to open a certain type of account, had absolutely everything required and was told it would take a week as items had to be sent in to other departments. It's now been over a week, there has been no communication from them and they refuse to return voicemails. Definitely no customer service here. How can a business operate like this and still remain open ? I guess CIBC head office just needs branches open in rural areas no matter how poorly they treat customers.
