Great customer service
I am blown away at how many consecutive errors, misses and bad decisions were made when dealing with this branch of CIBC. They made an incredible difficult situation with a POA excruciating and impossible to navigate, putting both their customer and the customers POA at risk. Mind blowing. Do not use this bank.
Went to the east side CIBC. Very busy branch but the manager Amandeep there handles things very well. I had some issues and was stressed, he took time, listened and addressed my concerns. Amazing customer service. CIBC for life just because of him.
