I was waiting for 2 hours in this branch and finally no one did my job.
This branch has two remarkable people, Grace Evangelista and Sepid. I made some wire transfers involving large amounts of money, but they handled the entire process effortlessly, giving the impression that you are in very good hands. Thank you very much. People at CIBC must be very proud to have employees like them. Best, Zivko Kiridzija
The manager and i forgot her name but the persian lady in the counter were very helpful.
The service is so lousy, my front 4 people my behind 4 . They gone all for lunch same time. There are just one teller.
The teller was courteous and very efficient, she helped me deal with all my banking needs with a smile.
