Very disappointed with my experience at this CIBC branch. The manager, Paulina Marshell, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I came in because I was having an issue with my bank card and simply wanted someone to listen and help me figure out what was wrong. Instead, she barely gave me a chance to explain the problem and made me feel dismissed rather than supported. As a manager, I expected much better communication, patience, and customer service. ATM area now closed after bank hours without notice. (As in 5pm now instead of the 10pm they went down to in 2023)
Only one bank teller in the middle such a waste of an entire bank. News flash we need more than 1 person working
