We had a bit of a wait in line, 10 minutes, as there were only two tellers working. We were there at 11:25 a.m. and some of the tellers had just left. The gentleman who served us was very pleasant. He helped us, by explaining what we needed. He helped my daughter get a new bank card for her new account; and explained what she needed to do at the machines, to get it set up. She went to the ATM and first inserted her other card on her other older account. She entered her pin and the machine ate her card. It said there was a pr... read more
