Did not like this branch. I went to withdraw money out of my account on August 7th. Two tellers helped me and did the process for a good 10-15 minutes just to let me know that they didn’t have authority to do that and a person who has authority was on lunch break. I was asked to come back after half an hour which was ridiculous. They did not have any other person who can authorize in absence of primary person. I had to stop in for a rare visit to CIBC. The tellers knew everyone there by name. It was impressive that they had that relationship with the community.
