I only ever come to this bank despite living very far from it is because of Manansinh ! 10/10 service, knowledge and truly overall just a great person. He is always so patient with me. He explains everything so great and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. I actually bank at this location now because he moved here even though the other location is closer to me. I will go everywhere he goes because it is so hard to find someone as great as him!!
Envelope free bank machines. A machine that gives 50 dollar bills and instant cash on government cheques right at the machines with a receipt which gives a picture of government cheques on it.
I went in today to ask for help, there was only one lady at the desk. I don’t even know if they even have tellers as I saw no other faces . I asked her if she could help me and instead of letting me finish telling her what I needed help with, she told me to use the atm machine. Never have I ever been in this location and have lived in fc since 2010 and that will be my last time. The lack of customer service was awful.
No small bills! Ridiculous!! Cant access my money or have it be useful to me... had to walk across the street to ANOTHER bank. To make change.
