3 or 4 days ago, I went here to open a bank account. The customer service was amazing. I told the lady (Sana), who helped me open my account, I would definitely leave her a review, but I did not get any email for that. Since I promised her l would leave a really good review, I thought I would do it here. Just to make sure I am coming, she even gave me a call to remind me of the appointment. She was very polite, friendly and overall, the customer service was something to leave a review for.
If I could give -100 stars I would. Customer service booked me an appointment and I told them when I booked that I can’t make it in time and will be 15-20 min late because of work. She said it will be fine and that I give them a call that on the day of the appointment that I will be late. Time of the appointment comes, I am on my way to bank and calling the rep she gave me the contact for to confirm that I will be late as mentioned, their voicemail says they are out of office (??). I was really treated badly by the manager because they don't want me to talk about my financial income from my broker cdic and they band me from going there not at all I should just sue them now
