3 or 4 days ago, I went here to open a bank account. The customer service was amazing. I told the lady (Sana), who helped me open my account, I would definitely leave her a review, but I did not get any email for that. Since I promised her l would leave a really good review, I thought I would do it here. Just to make sure I am coming, she even gave me a call to remind me of the appointment. She was very polite, friendly and overall, the customer service was something to leave a review for.
If I could give -100 stars I would. Customer service booked me an appointment and I told them when I booked that I can’t make it in time and will be 15-20 min late because of work. She said it will be fine and that I give them a call that on the day of the appointment that I will be late. Time of the appointment comes, I am on my way to bank and calling the rep she gave me the contact for to confirm that I will be late as mentioned, their voicemail says they are out of office (??).
