Just want to give a shout out to Lotti ( I think that was her name). Had gone in and dealt with a situation on the phone which took several minutes. I felt bad but she ensured me it was fine and continued to wait and help with the issue. Very friendly and was able to answer clearly as well as even assist the other worker to ensure customers needs were being met and dealt with accordingly. She definitely knows her stuff and it was a pleasure to deal with someone who could fix the issue without going in circles.
Thanks a lot for nothing CIBC of Fort Saskatchewan. Went to dispute charges and yall threw me out the door basically. Went to the CIBC in Sherwood park and they welcomed with open arms and solved my problems.
Didn't go in with the woman. But apparently has the coolest atm machines ever. We are from BC so we have 1970s atm machines at all our banks.
Very fast service highly recommend
