Waist of time I went there to see a teller and was told that they are short staffed and would not be able to assist me and there was nobody in the bank she told me to go to another branch very annoying
My dad told me we had to leave a review for Shelly. He doesn’t even know how to leave a review but he said he wanted to make sure we gave her one. 10/10 service thank you for helping him.
I visited the branch to request a replacement card, but I was told that this service is not available at this location. I also asked to increase my card limit, and I was told they could not do it there. This was confusing because during my previous visit to the same branch, I was able to increase my card limit without any issue. I would appreciate clarification on which services are available at this branch and a more consistent customer experience.
I walked in to this branch having a problem with identity theft, shelly accepted me with a big smile and did all the work for me, made sure that everything works great on my mobile app! Thanks shelly for exceptional customer service i got! Appreciate it
