Terrible
I called CIBC to get my bank statement which was not arrived and i needed asap. The representative was rude, didn’t listen to my explanation, and just told me to go to the branch. Very unhelpful and disappointing customer service.
This branch does not have late ATM access. The one reason to have a big 5 is so that you can access ATMs, and you can't access a CIBC ATM in Belleville late
Great service and wonderful to have close to home. Inside and outside bank machines 👍💯
