I needed to set up a bank account after arriving in Canada from the UK and Jack managed to squeeze me in after he had a last minute cancellation. Very helpful and informative.
I had money sent back to me from an online purchase that couldn’t be shipped. Cibc paused my account due to them thinking that I had fraud. I asked to transfer all my money to a new account. Some money didn’t get sent over and they say they have no access of finding it now. Highly don’t recommend.
The teller politely stated that they only provide services to their own clients and do not offer assistance to non-customers, which was disappointing.
Bad services not professional the guy is the no helpful.

They were just greeting their next clients, a couple, who the teller clearly knew on a personal level judging by the lively greeting and casual body language/mannerisms. It was clear that the bank interaction was quickly completed, and they were just catching up and discussing non-bank related matters.
