Upon my husband taking 1300.00 dollars cash in to deposit into account only 1000 was given a receipt for and 300 dollars missing. Had to go back into bank and wait for other customers to get it straighten out instead of immediately looking after her error. My husband didn't see error I was in the car and (handicapping) had to go in to correct problem by making a scene. Other customers too the initiative to step aside and get us dealt with. We were visiting the area from the USA for the eclipse. We visited this CIBC branch two days in a row so that our kids could exchange some money. Robin went above and beyond in not just exchanging the money, but also showing what the higher bills look like and even demonstrating the bill counting machine.
