Unbearably slow
I got here at 4:45 15 minutes before they close and there’s a line up of 5 people with only 2 staff members behind the counter. Ridiculous! That’s why I never go into a bank unless I absolutely have to!
No urgency to return a call to a client, Called the number on the back of my card and got transferred 3 X's. Still waiting for a response. Business banking is horrible.
