Une des pires banques que j’ai du deal avec … Dans la succursale il ne sont d’aucun aide . Ils vous disent d'appeler au téléphone. Je les appelle toute la journée il ne sont d’aucun aide . Très incompétent. 3 représentants mon raccrocher dans la face en plein appel et ne m’ont jamais rappeler . J’ai été mise en attente pendant plus que une heure et a la fin ils font que raccrocher . Personne ne les force a travailler mais il donne l’impression qu’ils son forcés . Service a la clientèle 0
