Easi to get to friendly staff
Deposited 580$ here the atm crashed before I could deposit it into account, never got cash back spit out my card. Never had this happen in my life, had to open an investigation with simplii, they told me theres nothing they could do. Deposited the money because I needed to pay bills. Now I have to pay extra fees because they can't make sure their machine works right
They're not terrible, but did one inexcusable thing: they turned on overdraft protection without my knowledge or consent and have been billing me for it for almost 6 months before I noticed.
They treat you like a number and not a customer. No empathy. No support. Highly frustrating. Get an account with another institution or use a mattress. More reliable and you'll have access to your own money.
