This is a good bank overall. The manager is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I truly appreciate the level of service and professionalism provided at the management level. However, I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. Unfortunately, a very simple form was completed incorrectly, which caused a delay in my process.
