I love coming to this branch. The one teller that always has beautiful native earrings is amazing to deal with. I cant remember her name but she remembers me. The guy teller is also great to deal with. The one day that there computers were down this gentleman helped at the atms while the manager helped other clients also. Instead of leaving us to do it on our own they helped in anyway they could. Get rid if the blond. I didnt have my debit card. I had misplaced it at home and didnt want a new one. This is the worst bank in canada if you're dealing with US funds
The people at these branch really likes to waste customer’s time. CIBC is crap for a bank. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Workers Stand there at service desk doing nothing for 10 minutes beforei decided to leave . Would not recommend if you actually need to get banking done. Congratulations Ben! You made me decide to leave CIBC
I found the staff efficient and helpful. The manager was available when the other staff member had computer issues. Very professional, very helpful thinking of things I would not have through to ask.
