Very rude and unprofessional team
Horrible customer service. Waiting 10 daysfor documents which were promised in 3 days. Called, emailed the agent, response..he is away till 10th. Reached out to his relacement suggested via msg and email. Guess what? She is away till the 10th as well!!! I'm trusting them with my $$$$$ they seem to have trouble organizing their staff.
