Bad attitude from a teller who spoke Korean. After I said that I need to pick up ID from my car, she threw my card back to me. In the whole process no smile at all. The only time she smiled was when she couldn’t handle a client and needed help from her manager. As an imperial customer I felt very disappointed.
Extremely unsupportive and provide wrong information. I went to bank with cheque to unhold my hold amount and they said can’t do from their end. However, sometime later, I went to Metrotown branch they unhold cheque without wasting a minute. Extremely bad customer service.
I opened a bank account and Kathy Ho Financial services representative was helpful thank you
