I visited this branch to open a new debit card. Before I could open it, I had to book an appointment, as they didn't accept walk-ins for new accounts. They booked it for Wednesday, 4 business days after I walked in on Friday. When I got there on-time, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were kind, and while there was a slight wait time, they answered all my questions with precision, even if it took some time.
