I had a very disappointing experience at this CIBC branch due to the behavior of one of the employees. The staff member was not respectful, came across as dismissive, and showed little willingness to help. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. Customer service should be courteous and attentive, and this was clearly lacking. I hope the branch takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how customers are treated.
How are you supposed to get into your bank when you get off work at 5:00 and they close at 5:00? Not even ONE night a week open past 5:00 and not open Saturday in a competitive banking market is telling me that CIBC doesn’t give much care about customer service. Desjardins Cornwall has better hours. TD Cornwall has better hours Maybe Desjardins and TD would appreciate new clients that need to do banking after 5:00 p.m. 🤔
