I been with cibc for over 3 years ..went to this branch it was in close proximity to have a fraudulent payment returned and the company that took my money without my permission or understanding told me to go in person once my contract canceled and the bank will return they cant and I phoned customer service and they said just go any branch ask for a specific form they can do it on the spot..noooooo this branch could not Would not and I was treated so bad I was in tears bc the first time it was bad weather and I was there 8 m... read more
