A few days ago, I visited this CIBC branch to urgently deposit cash into my account so I could send an e-Transfer and pay my credit card over the next few days. Since I was in a hurry, I used the ATM located inside the branch. Unfortunately, the ATM malfunctioned while counting my cash. It froze, restarted two or three times, failed to process all of my bills, didn’t print a receipt, and, most importantly, never deposited my money into my account.
