There is no waiting room and the appointment scheduled with a financial advisor was at a time where the door was closed. Second is the advisor I did see showed little interest in helping me and hurried to end the session.

I use the bank’s branches quite often, but every time, employees at other branches are indifferent to my requests and simply tell me to call the hotline. However, there’s a young woman named Emma who works at this branch; she has repeatedly helped me resolve my issues regarding my cards and has never refused to call the hotline or advise me on various matters. I’m very grateful to her; thanks to an employee like her, I’m still a customer of your bank. Other branches across Canada need to be more attentive to their customers.... read more

I agree that the branch isn't perfect. There are still many things to improve. To start with cleaning the windows, as they look like they are on abandoned building, and finishing over with the bank service itself. Despite that, fortunately, I haven't experienced a bad behavior from the bank's staff in this branch. In contrary, I want to note a girl whos name is Emma.
