Coming out from your office on a Saturday afternoon, when only a single teller is working to ask everyone why they’re waiting only annoys your customers— especially when you say “oh yes, you need to speak with the teller.”
Worst CIBC bank ever! Everytime you're just waiting. Maybe dont be so cheap and have enough tellers working. 20 minutes and the line hasn't moved.

I am extremely frustrated with the service I received from CIBC. On April 9, I deposited an insurance cheque at the branch located at 1222 17 Ave SW, Calgary. This is where the issue started — an error was made when processing my cheque. On April 16, I was sent to my home branch at 309 8 Ave SW, Calgary, where my account was originally opened. Called to talk to my special adviser.Ryley Overacher..His voicemail said that he is away returning March 17th and today is 28th April!! No other person available to talk to Embarrassed by Cibc declining my credit card Twice this has happened when I had substantially increased my limit.I have 2 corporate accounts ,2 credit cards and a personal account and There seems to be no way to talk to a human except one has to listen to a whole lot of irrelevant info..ZERO score
