There’s a desk attendant there who does not have a service attitude at all. Dismissed me saying I needs to make an appointment. I went to another branch and the process was fast and simple without an appointment
Terrible branch and terrible service
Awful branch, awful customer service
We had a very disappointing experience with this branch. Last Monday my wife and I came to this location and asked a cashier for help with a cheque. We explained that it was very urgent because only a small amount of the cheque becomes available, and we usually have to wait 5–6 days for the rest of the funds. We told her that we needed the money urgently to pay our car loan, rent, and utilities.
