0/5. Do not bank with CIBC. Especially not if you’re a student and especially not if you live in Brantford. Booking appointments online anywhere in this town is apparently impossible and I definitely don’t have the time to go all the way out just to book an appointment three weeks out. Furthermore, telephone banking and branch assistants have completely lost the plot.
