I've had consistently positive experiences with this bank. The manager, Katie, was professional, friendly, and very accommodating, making every interaction smooth and pleasant.
I don’t understand why people rate this location so low! I’ve always been satisfied with their service. Today, I stopped by the bank to get my cheque record, and the manager there was very kind—she showed me how to find my cheque records through online banking. That way, I didn’t have to pay the $60 fee to print a statement. Thank you so much❤️
Ive tried for 2 hours to get ahold of someone in the branch, guess I'm driving for 55 minutes instead
Had to file an official complaint with them, they refused to provide a service that any CIBC in person bank produces. Hopefully they will obtain education to better themselves, specially the branch manager.
