Got the same lady both times she handled everything I needed to do
Today I had to visit the bank because my debit card had been used in a scam.It was a stressful situation, but as soon as I walked in, the branch manager greeted me with a warm smile and kindly asked how I was doing? She even helped me get to the right counter. The staff member who assisted me with replacing my debit card was also patient, professional, and very helpful.
