Not a good banking experience.
I recently visited the bank to inquire about opening an RRSP and savings plan for my child, as well as requesting a credit limit increase. Unfortunately, my experience with the representative, Nitasha Bains, was very disappointing. The explanations provided were unclear and unfriendly, and I felt uncomfortable asking questions. Not sure about the name but, on Wednesday 13th, 2026 i went to pay for the balance on my Credit Card. There was only one indian guy at the counter. Very rude and disrespectful person. This is not india! Cibc needs to work on it or else close your banking!
