Theres a staff here named Tina who was very unhelpful, inconsiderate and not willing to help even with a long line up. She just goes around and around, rooms to rooms, and with the seniors lined up she allow when someone comes to her and cuts in the line. Selective of people and profiling.

I recently visited the bank to inquire about opening an RRSP and savings plan for my child, as well as requesting a credit limit increase. Unfortunately, my experience with the representative, Nitasha Bains, was very disappointing. The explanations provided were unclear and unfriendly, and I felt uncomfortable asking questions.
