I was with them over 20 years.. so happy I finally closed everything and moved. 3 other big banks just seconds away.. took an hour to have checks moved and all bills. And the new bank payed me 450$ when I moved my direct deposit.. i moved to TD. They are just as bad.. so im not recommending them.. just saying happy im gone

Theres a staff here named Tina who was very unhelpful, inconsiderate and not willing to help even with a long line up. She just goes around and around, rooms to rooms, and with the seniors lined up she allow when someone comes to her and cuts in the line. Selective of people and profiling.
