I came into this branch for just a chance 20 dollars like a quarter the the management service so is bad I will never recommend anyone to go this branch again and open account in this bank

Very disappointing customer service experience. We visited the branch with a simple inquiry regarding a locker but the lady bank teller told us to wait 15 min to see another teller who's on lunch break. When he came back from lunch 20-30 minutes later we had to lineup again just to talk with him, mind you we were waiting and the teller who told us to wait could have easily direct him to us.
