The CIBC branch located at 3003 Danforth, Victoria Park, Toronto has been causing ongoing and unacceptable problems for customers. My debit card is repeatedly blocked without any explanation, my cheques are held for no clear reason, and I end up paying unnecessary interest because of delays that are not my fault. This has become a constant source of frustration and financial inconvenience. The customer service at this branch is extremely poor.
