The staff is courteous and helpful. They will direct you to someone that can help if they cannot
Very disappointing service. I remember her from Fresco in Barrhaven, and now she’s working in banking, but the lack of knowledge, rude attitude, and poor customer service are concerning. Instead of providing helpful answers, she comes across as dismissive. Definitely needs improvement in professionalism and customer handling.
Great experience with this location. Very nice and helpful staff. Would recommend!
20+ year customer and its a horrible situation if you lose your bank card. 2 week process for me even with some forms of i.d they deny you. Switching banks after this annoyance
