Helpful staff, answered everything very calmly, happy with response.
Why do I see a pattern correlation between horrible customer service for minorities last names here? I went there last Saturday and was treated like garbage by a teller name Matthew. He kept calling my bank "whatever bank" even after I corrected him three times. This teller talkey to me like I'm his buddy. There's no tact or professionalism in this teller's behavior. Do all CIBC tellers treat their clients this way?
