Customer service is extremely poor. Even the branch manager and their team seem unaware of the quality of banking services and customer experience they are providing!!
Very unhappy doing business at this branch! Advisor did not take in consideration to let my elderly grandmother know what is needed for her appointment to bring with her and when she showed up for the second time to this branch on the same day they didn't do anything for her and didn't inform her of what's needed. Very inconsiderate with the elderly and communicating with clients
