I’ve been banking here for a while and the customer service is always excellent. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain things clearly without rushing. I really appreciate how easy they make everything.
I’m not surprised by the rating of this branch. If zero or negative stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. A company rises or falls on the mindset of its employees. I have never went to the CIBC branch in Embrun. The teller that served me helped me right away. She was kind and looked into the issue. Mike what can I say about Mike he was kind, honest, professional. Mike took me into his office.. He talked with me explaining things.. I will def go back to this branch !! I really had a wonferful customer service. Thank you !! I will certainly go back and reffer you new customers.
