I agree with the horrible service by an Indian lady. My appointment was supposed to be at 10AM and she got to me after two times calling by their reception at 10:09 without any apologize. I asked for some services and she was saying oh you could do it online or calling some phone number. I asked if it must be online or a phone call then she said no I can't do that! The worst bank, I have my Phone, Health card and know my sin, they’re refusing to give me my debit card. They have turned a simple issue into a much longer one. She will take my phone code, (but I need a physical sin) card. I can’t just tell her my number… Both things do have my face, offer my health card. I can’t take it she says, I offered it. It’s legal Ontario ID. Bank manger is very RUDE. Says if I don’t like it, don’t wait. worst bank in Cornwall.
Still don't understand why my government issued health card was not accepted as ID. My account was put on hold which caused multiple problems
