I’m baffled by the low rating for this bank! They were great. Absolutely positive experience.
Extremely slow service! The staff spends 15+ minutes on small talk on each customer. We're not here at the bank to socialize. We just need quick efficient service like every other Canadian bank out there. Epic waste of time!
Very nice place
I drove from the North side in Fredericton to the Smythe location as it was the only one open on Saturday. I had opened an account online and I was instructed to bring in my ID to verify. The hours online say they are open from 10-3pm. All I arrived at 10:40 AM, all the lights were on and the doors were locked.
Great service. Everyone waiting in line was approached and queried on the general reason for their visit to ensure that no one waited unnecessarily.
