I drove from the North side in Fredericton to the Smythe location as it was the only one open on Saturday. I had opened an account online and I was instructed to bring in my ID to verify. The hours online say they are open from 10-3pm. All I arrived at 10:40pm, all the lights were on and the doors were locked.

I usually get the immigration letter right away. This is the first branch where they said it is going to take 24 hours even though it wasn’t that crowded. I am really upset with the service

I wanted to set up an account, came in store, told me to set up the account online. I spent the time in store to set it up on my phone, sent the required info. As they said I could get my card printed in store if I did it this way. After spending the time for this, I came back in line, and was told I then needed two pieces of ID. I don’t know why this was said, the email sent to me said i needed one piece of ID from the approved list, I brought my Canadian drivers license and a passport that expired this year.
