We visited this branch regarding an issue with my husband’s card, and surprisingly, the branch manager was the one “helping” us-with very little effort. He asked unnecessary questions, including why my husband’s card had been replaced, even after I explained that the previous card had simply expired. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The level of customer service we received was absolutely unacceptable. I would give negtive stars if i could, i went to a drive through machine to deposit funds, it told me the machine couldnt read 3 bills when i waited for it to return my money it got stuck in the machine and would not return my money just said go to the brank monday morning.... come monday they say they cant do anything at the branch ...
Nice experience so far and they do have ATM inside branch 24x7 and 24x7 drive through cibc atm as well
