Absolutely slowly and not completely
I can't recommend CIBC for anything other than frustration. Avoid at all costs.
Was given great help very quiet, not very many staff. Was able to verify identity and got great starting advice for account and invest in RRSP's and TFSAs. Was able to save money in fees from account advice.
