Amanda Ruccia is the “Go To” Gal at the Bobcaygeon Branch! She was so helpful and patient with me and my “Out of Country” banking issues. Amanda was professional in every way, and able to assist and resolve a lot of the concerns. I cannot thank her enough! Bobcaygeon is very fortunate to have Amanda in our branch.

I’ve called this branch multiple times, but they never answer the phone or return my call, as indicated by the answering machine. Notice this branch has 2.8 stars really not a surprise.
The teller and manager were very rude. I stopped at this branch with my dad last week to exchange money to pay for a cabin rental. I visit Canada often and had an account with CIBC, but closed it during Covid. I was told at the time the bank would keep my profile on record so I would be able to continue exchanging money, which I have done as recently as August at a different location. I have applied for various accounts through this branch and have had issues every time. On top of that, I have been attempting to renew my mortgage with this branch for over a month without success. CIBC (or their underwriter) has deemed that new sales take priority over long term customers. My mortgage (that was held by CIBC) is now past renewal with no end in sight. Nobody has been able to provide any answers or timelines to get this issue resolved. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your banking services.
