Neneth was extremely rude and unprofessional. Another CIBC teller told me last month that my account includes three free bank drafts. When I mentioned that, she immediately said it was “impossible” and basically treated me like I should either pay or leave. I can accept being charged if that is the actual policy. What I cannot accept is such a hostile and disrespectful attitude. I honestly don’t understand how someone like this is working in customer service at a bank.

The teller Eddy was very helpful today. Even though my things only took a few minutes. I witnessed how patient he was with the old lady in line before me. Great customer service.
I went to the branch and would like to request to apply for a black aventura credit card because I have a travel pan coming soon. It is incredibly frustrating to respond to bank generated messages regarding accounts. Dealing with auto responses while not being able to reach a person who could solve the issue in minutes raises questions about commitment to customer service. . After days of repeated efforts with no contact or resolution, I have no option but to go to the bank to try to resolve the issue in person. And then there is no accessible parking.
