I had a very disappointing experience with this branch regarding a foreign currency order. I placed a foreign cash order well in advance, but two days after when the order was supposed to be ready I still hadn’t received any notification. Not a branch! It's a 'banking center ' for mortgages.... No tellers! The bank machine is locked up after hours. Stop lying and making us travel for no reason.
Bad customer service avoid this location they are clueless waste of time!! Dufferin and Ranee CIBC helped me out not them. 0 stars 🌟
