Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch (700 Alness St). I came in to request a bank draft, a standard non-cash service, but was flatly refused with the excuse that “we no longer offer that service”—no explanation, no alternative offered, just a dismissive attitude. I later went to the 800 Steeles Ave W branch, where staff were professional and confirmed that bank drafts are absolutely still available, and that the other branch should not have refused.
