She clearly explained everything I needed to know and even helped me set up the mobile app on my phone. I truly appreciate her help and excellent customer service. CIBC is the worst bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Never ever again.
Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch (700 Alness St). I came in to request a bank draft, a standard non-cash service, but was flatly refused with the excuse that “we no longer offer that service”—no explanation, no alternative offered, just a dismissive attitude. I later went to the 800 Steeles Ave W branch, where staff were professional and confirmed that bank drafts are absolutely still available, and that the other branch should not have refused.
