Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. This bas been my branch of choice since moving out here
Today I had to deal with fraud on my CIBC Mastercard. I was so impressed with the service I recieved by the client representative. They walked me through of everthing and dealt with my situation in a very professional way.
Worst "Daoud" CSR they have dont know how to do the work and how customer service work
Atm never works and they dont want to fix it and employees have so much attitude for a job they chose lol
Booked an appointment there and experienced the most unpleasant service ever in the bank.
