Worst "Daoud" CSR they have dont know how to do the work and how customer service work
Atm never works and they dont want to fix it and employees have so much attitude for a job they chose lol
Booked an appointment there and experienced the most unpleasant service ever in the bank.
I bank with every financial institution, and one of the only reasons I love working with CIBC is due to this branch. Fees and brand means nothing, people and service is everything. This branch treats you like they already know you before you walk in and it is a hassle free experience. I really hope this never changes
