Rude and unprofessional staff.
I showed up at 5:30pm on Friday and the wonderful teller, whose name I forgot to get because she had me in and out so fast after solving a problem that I had been chasing for 3 months, saved me hours of future headaches. THANK YOU!
The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. They provided excellent customer service, I’m very grateful for their support and highly recommend this branch to others.

I was extremely disappointed with the arrogant and unhelpful attitude of a staff member who seemed unaware of how to do her job. I visited this branch around 3 PM on March 6th to unlock my credit card. Instead of assisting me in resolving the issue, the staff member argued with me, providing false information and ultimately sending me home empty-handed.
