Rude bank teller. Abrasive and not very helpful.
Bad customer service, rude and snappy staff. Visit to this branch made us decide to stop dealing with cibc and move to a different financial institution. Management at this location should take feedback seriously regarding bad start attitude or otherwise more customers will be lost as a result. This isn’t how people should be treated by bank staff.
