Scammers. Had clear fraud on my card but their response was “they didnt allow the chargeback”. Really now 🤡 who would have thought
Well I just spent 1 hour and 29 minutes on HOLD to get through for help. At least the machine said "We appreciate you waiting" every 8 minutes or so... that made me feel like a valued customer. I managed to clean the kitchen and go to the bathroom... and listened to a 1 hour long Youtube video.... my issue did not get resolved.
The staff couldn't solve the problem with my debit card. Very unprofessional and impolite.
