I went into this branch to have a damaged bill replaced. There was one employee who was at the front desk. There were no tellers, just empty space. The employee said she can't replace my bill because there's no cash at this branch. She told me to go to The Boardwalk. I noticed a white Mercedes SUV parked in the fire route out front. The CIBC employee had no problem serving the couple driving the fancy vehicle. What kind of bank doesn't have cash?
I have a business account with CIBC and was trying to do changes on the account. Xiaomin was very helpful, fast and easy to work with. Thank you Xiaomin.
When you call your Financial Advisor or Branch staff, they don't answer the phone. We have had to leave voice mails many times and get a call back the next day, sometimes 24 hours later. they are not reachable at all. However, Branch Manager MARK is good at his job, knowledgeable, helpful and the only one who can give you the right answers to your questions.
Not only 1 teller working but only 1 desk for 1 teller. Really? What a joke.
