I’ve had a frustrating experience with the young manager at that branch. He seems a bit inexperienced and unsure of how to handle the responsibilities of his position. It feels like CIBC has been struggling for the past five years, and I’m glad I made the decision to close my accounts and switch to National Bank. Literally no one can speak English at CIBC 🤦♀️
I went into this branch to have a damaged bill replaced. There was one employee who was at the front desk. There were no tellers, just empty space. The employee said she can't replace my bill because there's no cash at this branch. She told me to go to The Boardwalk. I noticed a white Mercedes SUV parked in the fire route out front. The CIBC employee had no problem serving the couple driving the fancy vehicle. What kind of bank doesn't have cash?
