When you call your Financial Advisor or Branch staff, they don't answer the phone. We have had to leave voice mails many times and get a call back the next day, sometimes 24 hours later. they are not reachable at all. However, Branch Manager MARK is good at his job, knowledgeable, helpful and the only one who can give you the right answers to your questions.
Not only 1 teller working but only 1 desk for 1 teller. Really? What a joke.
Worse service ever
A woman who just went into the front desk had a very bad attitude. She didn't help me with what I needed. She kept tossing things I didn't need over there, with a smelly face and a very unfriendly tone.
No issues for me. However, most things today you can do online -- including investing with online brokers like Questrade - so these banks are for special requests only (e.g. get a Bank Draft). They have no cash or tellers.
